Recipe nº3: Leek à Brás (alho francês à Brás)


This is my favorite dish !!!!!!!!!!!!
Here it goes*

Ingredients:
-Leek;
-Onion;
-Garlic;
-Parsley and pepper;
-Potatoes;
-Olive oil and oil;
-1 Egg.

Method of preparation:
Making the usual stew of olive oil, chopped onion in a saucepan. Then insert the French garlic sliced thin and add a little water. Cook for 10 minutes and season with pepper.
Fry potatoes.
In another pan, make the prepared chopped garlic in olive oil. When the garlic is ready, put a beaten egg followed by the French garlic (make sure that you have drain all the water), and the fries. Stir until the egg is involved to taste!

  1. Ah ah já experimentei! Hoje mesmo para o pessoal cá da residência e devia ter cortado mais alhos franceses... ficou muita bom (: a diferença ficou-se nas batatas que em vez de fritar, ralei no ralador da cenoura envolvi em pouco óleo e estendi numa forma de ir ao forno e por lá ficaram até ficarem douradinhas.
    Ah ah it's done! Today for the Danish people from my hall, I should have chopped more Leek... it turned out great (: the only difference were the potatoes, instead of frying, I slice the potatoes like you do for carrot salad, put some oil and place them on surface that can go to the oven, I left them until they were golden, actually I had to turn them midway so they could get gold on the other side as well.
