Recipe nº7: Rui's recipe

1) Tofu Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- Tofu;
- Cream;
- Tomato sauce;
- Garlic;
- Olive oil;
- Salt;

Method of preparation:
In a pan, cook the olive oil with garlic. Then add the tofu slices into cubes. When they get blond, add the cream and a little tomato sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.

2) White rice with onion
In a pan with olive oil, place the chopped onion and saute. Add the rice. Cook for 7 minutes and cover.

3) Cooked vegetables
Ingredients:
- Broccoli;
- 2 carrots;
- Cauliflower;
- 1 Corgett;
- Olive oil;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- Sal;
- 1 or two cups of water;
- Half cup of white wine.

Method of preparation:
Chop the vegetables. Saute the olive oil and garlic.Add the chopped vegetables and the
salt.Place one or two cups of hot water, always below the vegetables, and half cup of white wine. Turn of the fire when the carrot get cooked. Add more olive oil to your own taste.


4) Apple slices fried in butter sugar and ginger.
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples;
- Sugar (in your taste);
- Ginger powder or grated root;
- Butter.

Method of preparation:
Cut the apples in thin slices.
In a pan, put a nut of butter and let it melt over, with low heat. Place the apples and sprinkle with sugar and ginger. Leave to cook for several minutes until the apples become softer.

Recipe nº6: Pasta Gourmet


Ingredients:
-Fusilli tricolore;
-feta cheese;
-olives;
-2 sausages;
-6 nuts;
-1 carrot.

Method of preparation:
In a pan with boiling water, place the carrot sliced and the fusilli. Cook for 7 minutes. Then drain and let it cool down.
In a frying pan with olive oil, let the sausages fry for 3 minutes.
In a container, add the feta cheese cut into cubes,the nuts, olives and sliced sausages.
Place the fusilli with carrots and add the mixture of the container.

Recipe nº5: Bôla


Ingredients
1) For the dough (massa):
*The cups are always of tea.
-2 Cups of milk;
-1/2 cup of olive oil;
-3 Eggs;
-1 Cup of cornstarch (maizena);
-1 And 1/2 cup of wheat flour;
-1 teaspoon of salt.

2) For the filling:
-1 small head of broccoli;
-parsley or coriander;
-3 tomatoes;
-1/2 cup of olives;
-5 tablespoons of olive oil;
-3 onions;
-oregano.

Method of preparation:
To prepare the dough, mix all ingredients and beat until the dough is smooth and uniform. Let it rest for a while.
For the filling: in a pan, place the olive oil, onion, tomato and parsley and oregano all cut into small pieces until they form a sauce. Add the washed and cut broccoli until tender. Season with a little salt.
Grease a pan with butter and flour and spread the sauce. Place the filling and the olives on top.
Bake on low heat to medium for + - 30min. When you stick a fork and it will not leave some dough, you're done!

Sausage and carrot rice-»

Ingredients:
-Vegetarian sausages;
-Cabbage;
-Rice;
-Carrot;
-Onion;
-Salt.

Method of preparation:
In a pan, put a little of olive oil, thin sliced onion and diced carrots. Leave browning and put the rice rinsed and drained. Then add hot water (for 1 cup of rice, add 2 cups of water). Boil for 7 minutes and cover.
For the sausages, let them fry a little over 3 minutes or if you prefer you can bake them in hot water. Let the cabbage cook for 5 minutes also.
Wrap the cabbage in the sausage using a toothpick to help.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven. You can put grated cheese on top if you like.
