1) Tofu Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- Tofu;
- Cream;
- Tomato sauce;
- Garlic;
- Olive oil;
- Salt;
Method of preparation:
In a pan, cook the olive oil with garlic. Then add the tofu slices into cubes. When they get blond, add the cream and a little tomato sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.
2) White rice with onion
In a pan with olive oil, place the chopped onion and saute. Add the rice. Cook for 7 minutes and cover.
3) Cooked vegetables
Ingredients:
- Broccoli;
- 2 carrots;
- Cauliflower;
- 1 Corgett;
- Olive oil;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- Sal;
- 1 or two cups of water;
- Half cup of white wine.
Method of preparation:
Chop the vegetables. Saute the olive oil and garlic.Add the chopped vegetables and the
salt.Place one or two cups of hot water, always below the vegetables, and half cup of white wine. Turn of the fire when the carrot get cooked. Add more olive oil to your own taste.
4) Apple slices fried in butter sugar and ginger.
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples;
- Sugar (in your taste);
- Ginger powder or grated root;
- Butter.
Method of preparation:
Cut the apples in thin slices.
In a pan, put a nut of butter and let it melt over, with low heat. Place the apples and sprinkle with sugar and ginger. Leave to cook for several minutes until the apples become softer.
