Ingredients:
-Fetucchini;
-Mushrooms;
-Cream;
-3 cloves of garlic;
-Olive oil;
-Broccoli;
-Sal, pepper and nutmeg (noz moscada);
-Fresh tomato.
Method of preparation:
Let the fettuchini bake for 10 minutes in boiling water and drain.
In a frying pan cook the mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 clove of chopped garlic, for about 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Mix with the fettuchini at the end.
In a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 cloves of chopped garlic, cook the broccoli for about 10 minutes until they are tender.Add some water if necessary. Season with salt and nutmeg. Cut 1 tomato into thin slices to follow with the meal.
