Ingredients:
-Vegetarian sausages;
-Spinach;
-1 small onion;
-2 ripe tomatoes;
-Tomato concentrate;
-Olive oil;
-Salt.
Method of preparation:
Put the sausages in a pyrex and make some cuts in them. Spread some butter on the top of the sausages. Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.
Boil spinach and season with little salt.
In a frying pan, place olive oil and chopped onion until it gets blonde. Place the tomatoes cut into small cubes and cook them until they disintegrate. Season with salt and add a little tomato concentrated.
Pour this mixture over the spinach.
Serve with peas rice,for example.
